Lexar Card Failure
Throughout my 20 years of being a digital photographer I have been very lucky in that I have only had one card failure in a Fuji XT-1 but for some inexplicable reason I had two fail in the same day recently.
The very nice support team at Lexar helped out and this cured the problem.
-To format your Flash Card in your Mac, connect it via a card reader and follow these steps:
1. Select the “Finder”
2. Select “Applications”
3. Select “Utilities”
4. Select “Disk Utilities”
5. Select the Lexar flash card from the list of drives on the left
6. Select “Erase”
7. Keep the settings on MS DOS (FAT) and select a name for the card
8. Select “Erase” at the bottom
9. On the confirmation pop up, select “Erase” again.
